Interface strings

The chat window's own text is English. Replace any of it, by key, in two places:

for every page, in the bot's settings: texts.strings (the admin panel's Behaviour tab);
for one page, with the strings boot option (or update({ strings })), which wins over the bot's.

Words in braces are filled in: {name} is the agent's name (or, in humanJoined and humanLeft, the team member's), {n} and {mb} are numbers. Keys you don't set keep the English text. The agent's own replies are not affected: it answers in the visitor's language (see identity.languagePolicy in Configuration). The title, subtitle, placeholder and offline message are bot settings of their own (texts.*); the placeholder string below is only used when texts.placeholder is empty.
